The wait is over! Touch will have its World Premiere at the Boston International Film Festival on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011, at 8:15 PM, AMC/LOEWS Theatres, 175 Tremont St., Boston Common. If you live in the Boston area, please come to our screening. And invite your friends too.
Happy New Year, everyone! We have finished post-production on Touch and now begin to submit it to film festivals. We hope to premiere our film sometime in 2011.
After 18 grueling days of filming, we’ve wrapped production. What a relief! Our tired cast and crew are very proud of the footage given the short amount of time that we had to shoot. Here are some more production photos.

Now we’re heading into the editing phase of post-production. Our first trailer should be up in a few weeks. Please revisit our website to check it out.
Week 2 of filming is coming to a close here on the set of Touch. We only had Melinda and John again on set today to film more of their home scenes. We had a complicated day with close to 30 different set ups, but all of the crews worked together to get the job done.
And since it’s October 30th, some of the crew celebrated with a little Halloween spirit on set…
Things were quite steamy all day today on the set of Touch. We only had Melinda and John on set to shoot most of their sexy, but tasteful, bedroom scenes. Here’s a look at some of the still shots…
Due to lack of internet at the location yesterday, I was unable to blog about the day so I’m combining days 9 and 10 into 1 blog entry! Yesterday went well, we were on location filming the exterior of VIP nails, Sandie’s office, and the office of Dr. Vu. The interior scenes of Sandie’s office and Dr. Vu’s office were filmed in a real dentist’s office so the crew got to hang out amongst fluoride toothpaste and dental drills all day. It was our first day on set working with Melinda and it was the first and last day for our Secretary, Ashley, and Philip, who played Dr. Vu.
Today, the company traveled down to Long Beach to film Tam’s bathroom scenes.
Look for pictures to come…
Here are some pictures from our location at the nail salon and Dr.’s office as well as a few from the bathroom set in Long Beach
Sine this was the only day that Melinda and Porter were going to be on set together they took a picture with PA Cindy!
And one from the bathroom set before the camera battery died…
We’re nearing the end of our day here on the set of Touch and we’ve got some new photos of the Tam’s apartment set.
And here’s our exuberant director of photography…
Things are heating up on the set of Touch. We got off to a little bit of a slow start this morning with lighting delays, but things are running smoothly now. We said goodbye to the nail salon set and have moved inside Tam’s apartment, which looks great thanks again to our wonderful art department. We welcomed Tony LaThanh on set today who will be playing love interest Ky. Things got steamy in the late afternoon as we moved into our first intimacy scenes, but the actors handled it with professionalism and confidence.
Look for photos of the new set to come soon…
OK so we’re just about done with our first full week of filming. 6 day weeks can get a bit rough, but so far we are holding up pretty well. Almost everyone from the crew has jumped on the background bandwagon, some are still holding their ground though (we’ll get you in this movie one way or another Mellissa!), and here are some pictures of our wonderful 2nd Assistant Director getting a mani-pedi…
Here are some set photos so you can see what we’ve been up to the past 6 days
